Project director in D.Zh.E.T.

We are looking for a highly qualified specialist, ready to join the work at the intersection of project management, strategic planning and coordination of partnership interactions in the field of defense initiatives.

The position involves responsibility for the implementation of complex inter-organizational projects aimed at strengthening capabilities of the security and defense sector of Ukraine.

Your duties will include include:

• Planning and support of project activities;
• Implementation of projects and implementation of strategic initiatives of the organization;
• Interaction with the internal team, as well as with external and international partners within projects aimed at strengthening capabilities;
• Organization and coordination of attracting the necessary resources (human, material and technical, equipment) for the implementation of project tasks;
• Management of the most complex and strategically important projects of the organization;
• Management and methodical support of the work of other project managers;
• Control of project implementation, monitoring of results and preparation of reports.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in project management of various levels of complexity and workload;
• Experience in the full cycle of project implementation - from initiation to completion;
• Skills in conducting negotiations and professional business correspondence;
• Developed communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with key and involved participants in the process;
• The level of English is not lower than B2; (preferred)
• Understanding the peculiarities and confident orientation in the topics of the security and defense sector (preferred);
• High level of responsibility, self-organization and ability to work in a team;
• Readiness for business trips.
