The Ukrainian company - a complex integrator in the medical segment of the business announces the opening of a vacancy:Project development manager (medicine )

It is important for us:

• higher education (medical, economic, technical);
• work experience of 3 years or more;
• knowledge of software:
• MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, 1C; CRM, Revit (welcome);
• knowledge of the English language (welcome);
• management experience (within project teams);
• ability to compile documentation (technical and project);
• excellent communication skills, constructiveness, honesty, decency, leadership qualities, organization, initiative, obligation, punctuality, knowledge of the principles of regular management, quality of prioritization;
• < b style="font-weight: 700">having a driver's license, driving experience;
• readiness for business trips.

Primary responsibilities:

• Development, improvement and implementation of the Company's development plans.
• Tracking of potential areas of improvement in all functional areas of the Company and timely initiation of development projects.
• Compilation of schedules and plans for new projects (in Gantt chart format), adjusting them as the project progresses. Updating of schedules at all stages of the project.
• Detailed tracking of progress on all internal projects of the Company and achieving timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Selection of contractors for the implementation of individual tasks or projects.
• Formation of working groups within the Company to participate in the implementation of projects.
• Interaction with contractors who are responsible for the implementation of individual tasks under projects, and achieving effective and timely performance of tasks from them.
• Conducting regular planners and meetings (weekly to track statuses of project tasks).
• Organization of responsible attitude to deadlines and quality of task performance from executors.
• Management of accountable project budgets and budget.
• Supporting the implementation of new projects within the Company, collecting feedback from employees regarding the effectiveness of the applied solutions, if necessary, making adjustments to completed projects.
• Implementation of effective solutions for automating processes there , where it is possible.
• Constant improvement of your qualification level in project management and new management technologies.
