Project development manager (m/f) - in the Lviv region

Refinco is an international company specializing in sustainable projects in the field of real estate and logistics. We develop innovative projects for industry and logistics combined with renewable energy and cooperate with local partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Search for land plots: Identification of plots (10-50+ hectares) for projects with an emphasis on industry, logistics and renewable energy in the Lviv region
• Contact with owners: Construction and supporting a network of landowners and partners, as well as negotiating and preparing contracts
• Working with authorities: Coordination with local/regional authorities, obtaining permits and zoning information
• Permitting procedures: Support and documentation of all stages (environment, construction, infrastructure)
• Cadastre and registry research: Verification of ownership rights and use restrictions
• Documentation: Preparation reports, analyzes and GIS maps (German/English)

Your profile

• High motivation, willingness to learn and initiative
• Ability to communicate and negotiate
• Independent, structured approach to work
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and good knowledge of English or German
• Driver's license and own transport
