Project/Delivery Manager (Creative agency) in Minimal LLC

We are looking for a project manager in a creative agency - https://min.studio/. 

Responsibilities:

- Organization and coordination of team work

- Sprint planning

- Budget management

- Management of client expectations

- Presentation of work to clients

- Monthly reporting on project performance and team performance

- Communication with customers and customer teams

Must-haves: - English at least B2+ - we are looking for a person who will not find problems, but solutions

- Exceptional soft-skills

- Proactivity

- Ability to take responsibility

- Independence

- Have common sense

- Do not micromanage people and be able to trust the team

- The person must be in Ukraine

What to expect:

We are looking for a person who will join our young team (average age 26) and fit in well. We work mainly with startups, and our projects are at the edge of technologies - AI, Blockchain. Mostly focused on creating products. Working with a high-tech team, and very frequent communication with clients (we have common channels in Slack with all our clients).
