Анотація:Фонд “Партнерство задля стійкості України (ФПСУ) - це багаторічна програма, що фінансується багатьма донорами та управляється Міністерством закордонних справ у справах Співдружності та розвитку Великої Британії (FCDO) у співпраці з урядом України.Метою Програми є створення кращих умов для української держави у партнерстві з громадянським суспільством та приватним сектором, які б дозволили їй очолити процес інклюзивного національного відновлення та відродження в контексті російської агресії.З червня 2023 року ФПСУ, а саме його проект "Відродження", впроваджує субпроект "Правосуддя перехідного періоду". В рамках цього субпроєкту ФПСУ реалізує проєктну діяльність спрямовану на активізацію впровадження заходів у сфері правосуддя перехідного періоду, зокрема щодо питання пошуку правди та встановлення істини, що проявляється через роботу з пам'яттю, меморалізацію та вшанування пам'яті.У рамках свого зобов'язання підтримувати зусилля з меморіалізації, що здійснюються державними установами, ФПСУ надає свою підтримку проектам Українського національного інституту пам'яті та його проєктам пам’яті.Віртуальний музей російської агресії - це довготривалий проект, спрямований на документування злочинів російської агресії. Віртуальний музей російської агресії створено спільними зусиллями: Українського інституту національної пам’яті, Представництва Президента України в Автономній Республіці Крим, Офісу Генерального прокурора, Прокуратури АР Крим та міста Севастополя, Центру дослідження безпекового середовища «Прометей». Реалізація проекту у 2021 – 2022 роках була підтримана Міжнародним фондом «Відродження».Вебпортал «Віртуальний музей російської агресії» покликаний сприяти реалізації одного з елементів перехідного правосуддя – забезпечення права знати правду та зберегти пам’ять про причини, перебіг та ключові події війни.ФПСУ шукає національного консультанта, який підтримуватиме УІНП, а також займатиметься координацією роботи Віртуального музею російської агресії.Обов'язки:- налагодити зв’язок з усіма основними партнерами та виконавцями;- організувати комунікацію між адміністративною командою, технічною підтримкою та зовнішніми експертами;- Сприяти розробці політик, процедур та методологій, пов'язаних з наповненням веб-порталу;- Надання підтримки в розширенні експертної мережі;- Розробка технічних завдань для конкретних кейсів;- Координація співпраці з авторами - підбір відповідних авторів для роботи над відповідними темами, організація роботи та моніторинг підготовки кейсів/історій;- забезпечити редагування у форматі сторітелінгу матеріалів отриманих від авторів;- забезпечити консультаційно-методичний супровід роботи авторів (індивідуальні письмові та усні консультації до написання і в процесі доопрацювання драфту);- здійснити факт-чекінг, експертизу нейтральності, моніториг конфлікту інтересів авторської подачі матеріалу;- організувати процес публічного представлення та комунікування результатів роботи команди;- за потреби забезпечити збір інформації, якої бракує для основного наративу, з додаткових джерел (опитування, збір документів тощо);- Забезпечити інтеграцію драфту кейсу у загальний наратив (когерентність тез, уніфікація термінології, стилю, cross-referencing between cases);- ensure control of the spatial localization of the case;- organize the publication of cases on the website, identify and eliminate related bugs in the publications. Results:- ensured communication and interaction with executors, experts and partners of the project;- prepared a document that includes procedures, procedures and methodologies for filling out the web portal; - the network of experts/authors was updated; - a list of case topics for implementation at this stage was formed; - a technical task for specific cases was developed; - at least 5 cases were prepared for publication; - control over publication and spatial localization of cases was carried out on the site.Candidate Requirements:- Master's degree in humanities, social anthropology, linguistics or related field;- At least three (3) years of proven work experience in memory work, social anthropology, transitional justice, history or in related fields;- Experience in professional/academic text editing;- Knowledge of the storytelling method is desirable;- Project management experience;- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly and effectively synthesize information;- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team, both individually and and remotely; - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work; - Fluency in the Ukrainian language; understanding of the English language at a level not lower than B2, both written and spoken. As part of its commitment to supporting memorialisation efforts facilitated by governmental institutions, PRFU is extending its support to the Ukrainian National Institute of Remembrance 's memory and oral history projects.The Virtual Museum of Russian Aggression is an ongoing project aimed at documenting the crimes of Russian aggression. The Virtual Museum of Russian Aggression was created by joint efforts from the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and the Prometheus Centre for Security Studies. The project was supported by the International Renaissance Foundation in 2021-2022.The Virtual Museum of Russian Aggression web portal aims to facilitate the implementation of one of the elements of transitional justice - ensuring the right to know the truth and preserve the memory of the causes, course and key events of the war.PFRU is looking for a national consultant who will support UINR and be engaged in coordination of the Virtual Museum of Russian Aggression.Responsibilities:- Establishing communication with all key partners and implementers;- Organising communication between the administrative team, technical support and external experts;- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and methodologies related to the content of the web portal;- Providing support to activities given the expected expansion of the expert network;- Developing terms of reference for specific cases;- Coordinating cooperation with authors – selection of suitable authors to work on the relevant topics, organisation of work and monitoring over the preparation of cases/stories;- Providing the editing of materials received from authors in storytelling format;- Providing consulting and methodological support for the authors' work (individual written and oral consultations before writing and in the process of finalising the draft);- Providing fact-checking and neutrality expertise, and conduct conflict of interest monitoring of the author's submission;- Organising the process of public presentation and communication of the team's results;- Collecting information that is missing from the main narrative from additional sources (surveys, collection of documents, etc.) as needed;- Supporing integration of the case draft into the overall narrative (coherence of theses, unification of terminology, style, cross-references between cases);- Ensuring control over the spatial localisation of the case;- Organising the publication of cases on the website;Deliverables:- Regular communication and interaction with project implementers, experts and partners;- A document with procedures and methodologies for compiling the web portal;- Updated network of experts/authors;- A list of case studies to be implemented at this stage;- Terms of reference for specific cases;- At least 5 cases for publication;- Provision of control over the publication and spatial localisation of selected cases on the website.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Master’s degree in humanities, social anthropology, linguistics or related field;- At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the area of social anthropology, memory work, transitional justice, history or related field;- Experience in professional/academic text editing;- Knowledge of storytelling method desired;- Experience in project management;- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to rapidly and effectively synthesise information;- Demonstrated ability in working independently and as part of a team, both in-person and remotely;- Strong organisational and work prioritisation skills;- Fluency in Ukrainian; at least B2 level of English comprehension, written and spoken.Reports to:Project Lead on sub-project “Transitional Justice”.Type of Assignment: part-time.
