Project Coordinator (Software Products) in MTS (Mine Tech Services)

Outline:We are looking for a passionate, diligent and detail-oriented individual to take over the role of Project Coordinator for our software products. You will be required to take care of the day-to-day tasks related to product development and help coordinate the product life cycle. This role also requires communication with the client and providing our clients with updates and support.Main Responsibilities:Manage project tasks - This includes adding, organising and updating Jira boards, chasing up people etc. to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard in a timely mannerCoordinate of the scoping process - During the scoping process, sometimes multiple people are involved including the client, MTS industry specialists and development team. From these discussions, scopes should be written clearly and concisely, contain all needed information, and are ready to be passed to the development team. The Project Coordinator should ensure this process is fully adhered to and completedParticipate in marketing and client-facing activity preparations - work on presentations, create use cases out of pre-ready information, prepare information for the marketing materials, etcCoordinate communication with contractors and make sure work is delivered to a high standard as per agreed scope and timelinesBe the first point of contact for client support - For minor issues related to the product, an initial attempt to resolve should be performed. If not possible, it should be documented and escalated to appropriate team members in JIRA, coordinated and communicated back to the client once resolvedCooperate with the Product Owner and Development team before and after software release - Perform internal UAT before and after release, prepare release notes, update user guides and communicate main updates to usersCreate, manage and update product-related documentation e.g. internal guides, changes to processes etcTraining and mentoring will be provided to develop the individual's technical expertise as required.RequirementsQualifications: We are looking for an individual with at least one year of experience in a management position in software development or a tech project.We are interested in speaking to people with the following qualities:You are exceptionally well organisedYou are very detail oriented and there are no not important details for you.
