Project coordinator(s) in Ekoklub

Ecoclub is looking for a coordinator to implement the project "Strengthening climate action in Ukrainian communities". This initiative aims to promote the participation of local stakeholders in climate policy development and decision-making, integrating sustainable practices and solutions in the field of renewable energy into local management and community development planning. Location: Rivne, Ukraine (with field trips to project communities). Validity contract: 24 months with the possibility of extension depending on the needs of the project and the availability of funding. Main duties: Ensure the daily operation of the project. Coordination of work with local self-government bodies, civil society organizations (CSOs), the donor and other interested parties. Organize and conduct development trainings capacity building, workshops and seminars for local stakeholders on the topic of renewable energy technologies and project management. Accompany and support the implementation of sustainable energy solutions in communities. Prepare and ensure the implementation of project advocacy campaigns. Prepare interim and final reports. Monitor project progress against agreed goals and indicators, resolve potential issues and make adjustments to project activities as necessary. Required Qualifications: Financial and administrative skills, ability to manage budgets and meet donor reporting requirements. Excellent communication skills. Level knowledge of the English language at least B1. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to possible project changes. Ability to manage diverse teams. Desired skills: Experience working with projects of public organizations. Technical expertise in the field of renewable energy technologies, in particular solar.
