GO "Green-Landia" in partnership with the International humanitarian organization"Heks-Eper" invites coordinator (-) project for the successful implementation of the tasks of the "Circle of Trust" project, which is aimed at providing access to the services they need for people who have experienced gender-based violence.
Main tasks:
- Planning, organizing and coordinating activities within the project in accordance with the approved plan;
- Ensuring compliance of the activities with the goals and tasks of the project;
- Formation, coordination and support of the work of the project team;
- Interaction with participants, partners and donors of the project;
- Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the project in full and within the established framework terms;
- Monitoring the progress of project implementation, analysis of results and preparation of reporting documentation;
- Participation in improving project processes and developing recommendations for further activities.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in public, charitable or international organizations will be an advantage;
- Developed organizational skills and communication skills;
- Analytical thinking, attention to details and the ability to work with several tasks at the same time;
- Responsible attitude to professional ethics and work standards;
- Confident computer skills and experience working with office equipment programs (MS Office, online tools for meetings and team coordination).
Work schedule:From Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.
