Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator in Kiyivskiy zavod PTO, TOV

LLC Kyiv PTO Plant — the leader of Ukrainian crane construction and the largest manufacturer of crane equipment in Eastern Europe — is looking for a Project Coordinator.

For work you will need:

• Higher education (preferably technical; mechanical engineering is an advantage).

• Basic experience in project management or related areas; 

tasks:

• Support of internal projects: planning, coordination of works and participants, control of schedules and stages.

• Operative exchange of information within the team; maintenance and regular updating of statuses in systems and registers.

• Management of project documentation; preparation of short reports on the progress of work.

• Placement of orders in the system, tracking of deadlines, control of conditions and terms of delivery.

Will be a plus:

• English — Pre-Intermediate (A2) or higher.

• Understanding production processes in mechanical engineering.

• Higher technical education specifically in the field of mechanical engineering.
