We hold a competition for the post "Project Coordinator" to the team of the Coordination Center for Family Education and Care of Children.
Coordination Center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the task of which to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of children care on the basis of global and European practices that will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and long -term goals European Union. Basic responsibilities:

Coordination of the implementation of projects, through the development and implementation of the plans of the projects.

Interaction with partners, stakeholders and project participants. Expanding a network of partners and attracting new stakeholders
-
Cooperation with state bodies, international organizations, public sector and business.

Preparation of regular reports on the progress of the project for the leader of the project and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges and recommendations.

Coordination Center Care Projects. Requirements for candidates:
-
Higher education in the field of social work, public administration, management of projects and related industries.
-
Experience of over 7 years at the national or international level in providing consulting and/or personnel management services and operating systems, as well as establishing relationships between national/international organizations and national governments. -
Protected experience with project management methodologies, including management -oriented management. is an advantage.

Experience in the project related to social protection is an advantage.

A good understanding The experience of implementation of projects.

English-Upper-Interpediate Level.

Free Knowledge of Ukrainian.

Excellent analytical skills, the ability to analyze a variety of and complex information from different sources to formulate analytical conclusions for making sound solutions.

Prudence and validity in solving delicate issues; The ability to decide on its ownto get difficult and problematic issues;

strong communicative and non -completion skills, in particular, the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, as well as establish and maintain close working relationships with different partners and counterparties at different levels. /

Excellent possession of PCs, including experience in working with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
