Finn Church Aid Ukraine is looking for a project coordinator in the Eastern region who will play an important role in supporting and expanding the FCA educational program in Ukraine, with the aim of providing quality education to children affected by the crisis situation in Ukraine. The educational project management specialist will work in Dnipro and will periodically travel to other cities of Ukraine where projects are implemented with the participation of Finn Church Aid Ukraine. The Education Project Management Specialist will also work closely with the FCA Education Technical Advisor and foreign education specialists in emergency situations.Finn Church Aid (FCA) is Finland's largest international humanitarian organization. We work in 13 countries with the greatest need for assistance. We work with the poorest people, regardless of their religious beliefs, ethnic origin, political beliefs. Our work is based on rights, that is, in our activities we are guided by the principles of equality, non-discrimination and responsibility. The main tasks of the position: Participation in the development of programs and strategies. Support of the ECW project manager in project activities in the territories where the project is implemented. on the basis of the FCA Strategy in Ukraine. Implementation of the strategy for Eastern Ukraine with the team. Represent the interests of FCA and actively participate in all relevant meetings/forums in Eastern Ukraine with the participation of authorities, local and international NGOs, working groups, affected communities and the humanitarian cluster in order to identifying critical information gaps related to FCA activities in Ukraine and ensuring coordination. Develop, maintain and establish excellent working relationships with a wide range of authorities and public figures in eastern Ukraine. Requirements for candidates: At least 2 years of experience in humanitarian programs (national or international organizations).Strong administrative, organizational and presentation skills.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision, proactive and able to work in a team.Experience in project management.Effective communication skills.Fluency in written and spoken English and in the Ukrainian language.
