Since 2015, the charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Fund" has been engaged in supporting and helping people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as development of institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country.
The team of BO "SSS" works both at the local level with regional coordinators and at the national level with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population.

Our organization is constantly growing and expanding its portfolio with new projects both at the all-Ukrainian and at the local level, which we implement in partnership with international organizations. 400">Strategic coordination of the social component;Planning and coordination of activities within the framework of the social direction of the project;Ensuring compliance of project activities with regulatory basis, methodological requirements and approaches agreed with the donor;Preparation of proposals regarding the content, format and methods of implementation of project activities;Management of the central expert team;Work organization, setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and results;Daily operational coordination of social protection experts (social services, institutional support, methodology, advocacy at the central level);Noteensuring consistency of the technical content of materials, methodologies, training modules;Supervision and coordination of regional social specialists;Ensuring a uniform standard of work of regional teams;Supporting their activities: support in interaction with communities, social protection, MSPU, NSSU, Pension Fund, Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, etc.;Regular analysis of regional needs, identification of risks and operational response;Interaction with partners and stakeholders;Coordination of work with MSPU, NSSU, Pension Fund, and other state bodies;Maintaining constant dialogue with donor representatives and partner organizations;Representation of the Fund at technical meetings, working groups, consultations;Monitoring, quality and reporting;Ensuring the implementation of project indicators with a qualitative component and quantitative indicators;Monitoring progress, risks and results in social component;Preparation of analytical materials and contributions to narrative reports.A detailed list of duties will be provided during the interview.
Qualification requirements:
Experience in the field of social protection, social services or state social policy reforms;- Experience of managing teams (central or regional) of 5 people or more;
- Understanding the regulatory framework of social protection, including services, social support, social adaptation and community needs assessment tools;
- Experience in project management or project coordination in international or national NGOs;
- Skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interacting with government agencies;
- Work experience with UNHCR or other UN agencies;
- Knowledge of the procedures and requirements of donor projects;
- Analytical skills and experience in the development of methodical materials.

The competition will be held in four stages: the first stage is the assessment of resumes, the second stage is the performance of a test task, the third stage is interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the second stage, and the fourth stage is the provision of recommendations.
