Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" (BO "SSS") announces an open competition to fill the vacant position of project coordinator on social protection issues in the project "Supporting the capacity of state institutions and local communities in strengthening the system of social protection in Ukraine",which is implemented by BO "SSS" with the financial support of UNHCR.

Since 2015, the charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Fund" has been engaged in supporting and helping people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as development of institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country.

The team of BO "SSS" works both at the local level with regional coordinators and at the national level with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population.

Working at BO "SSS" is an opportunity to help hundreds of thousands of people who currently need support. Our organization is constantly growing and expanding its portfolio with new projects both at the all-Ukrainian and at the local level, which we implement in partnership with international organizations. 400">Strategic coordination of the social component;

Qualification requirements:

Experience in the field of social protection, social services or state social policy reforms;
• Experience of managing teams (central or regional) of 5 people or more;
• Understanding the regulatory framework of social protection, including services, social support, social adaptation and community needs assessment tools;
• Experience in project management or project coordination in international or national NGOs;
• Skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interacting with government agencies;
• Work experience with UNHCR or other UN agencies;
• Knowledge of the procedures and requirements of donor projects;
• Analytical skills and experience in the development of methodical materials.

The competition will be held in four stages: the first stage is the assessment of resumes, the second stage is the performance of a test task, the third stage is interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the second stage, and the fourth stage is the provision of recommendations.
