Project Coordinator (Device Team) in Ajax Systems

Ajax is a full cycle company from idea generation and R&D to mass production and sales. We do everything: we produce physical devices (the system covers many different sensors and hubs), write firmware for them, develop the server part and release mobile applications.

In order to make Ajax as a product more cool, we are strengthening the team of managers.

What will you do?
- Creating tasks at the request of the manager or someone from the PM Device team;
- Updating the data in the tasks, filling in the necessary variables (according to the template), changing statuses or priorities (according to the process description); />- Support of projects at the stages of preparation for serial production;

What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Responsibility and structure;
- Higher technical education ( desirable);
- A knack for optimizing operational work;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of English at least pre-intermidiate;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Working with JIRA, Confluence.

It is great if you have:
- Experience with project coordination and management;
- Experience in setting tasks for SMART;
- Experience working with releases - repositories;
- Ability to work with templates and create your own;
