Project coordinator (construction) in Chudo Market

"Chudo Market" is looking for an organized and responsible project coordinator (construction) to join the team, who will help coordinate the work of the development and construction department, keep processes under control and ensure effective interaction between teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of the work of the development and construction department
• Maintenance and control of contracts with subcontractors by organizations
• Organization of internal accounting and planning
• Control of deadlines and maintenance of project schedules
• Interaction with contractors and internal departments

Our expectations:

• Experience of 3 years or more (preferably in the field of construction)
• Higher education (construction or related areas - will an advantage)
• Proficient in Excel / Google Spreadsheets
• Basic understanding of document flow and accounting
• Organization and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate processes and monitor task performance
• Communication and responsibility
