Project Coordinator/Business Analyst in Delta Medical

We are looking for a business analyst and project coordinator to support the implementation of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central) and lead coordination efforts for integration projects (ERP, e-Commerce, DAM, CRM).

Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience working with cross-functional teams and able to formulate requirements and manage execution in all technical and business streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing and documenting business and system requirements for ERP and related integrations;
• Collaborate with product, marketing, IT and data teams to align data models, product attributes and business rules;
• Support creation of detailed mapping documents for data exchange (ERP – e-Commerce, DAM, CRM);
• Participate in solution design reviews and ensure validation at the business intelligence level;
• Maintain project documentation: meeting notes, logs action logs, RAID logs, status updates;
• Tracking and controlling task completion with internal and vendor teams;
• Coordinating project workshops, testing sessions and stakeholder reviews;
• Supporting backlog and sprint planning with the implementation team;
• Monitoring project timelines, risks and dependencies.

Qualification requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or project coordination;
• Experience with API or data flow documentation (JSON, XML basics);
• Practical experience in system integration projects (ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central; DAM; e-Commerce) will be an advantage;
• Deep understanding of data structures and product hierarchies, excellent documentation and communication skills. 400">
