Position Summary

,[Coordinating program-related requests, involving and aligning the relevant internal departments, daily communication within the project team and the manufacturing/engineering/quality teams, supporting the calculation team and understanding the financial summary of the program, maintaining and following up the list of program items and schedule, updating the program/project documentation, managing customer B2B systems, responsible for overseeing the change management process involving and coordinating the relevant customer programs and assets., Support regional initiatives/projects with the involvement and coordination of the relevant internal interest groups. Support core functions and coordinate daily communication for specific tasks. Ensuring that the project objectives (time, cost, quality) are proactively achieved., Supporting the program manager in the execution of the program and ensuring compliance with the product realization process, especially in reporting (e.g. monthly reports, meeting minutes) and documentation (e.g. E.g. project file, schedule)., Coordinating and checking the implementation of technical changes for the vehicle model series., Responsible for organizing and preparing the monthly staff meetings.] Requirements: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
