Project coordinator/Assistant in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them.

We create, maintain and constantly improve
software products, the usability of which has already been evaluated 32 million private and business clients of New Mail.

We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for "Project Coordinator/Assistant".

What will you do:

• Administration of tasks of varying complexity from CPO and delivery manager.
• Organization and holding of meetings.
• Creation of weekly\monthly reports, collection and analysis of information.
• Coordination of work processes and communication support.

About you:

• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience using tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Spreadsheets).
• High level of communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English at least B1.
• Responsibility and organization.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Flexibility and willingness to learning new tools and methodologies.
