Ajax Systems is an international technology company, Europe's largest developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities. This is a whole ecosystem of 135 devices, mobile and desktop applications, server infrastructure. R&D is responsible for device development at Ajax, which consists of four departments: System, Device, Automation and QA.

Device Department develops devices for security and automation. And it also poses serious challenges in the following areas:

— Low-Power: devices must work as long as possible from standard batteries;

- Cost: the mass product must remain in the range of the average price segment;

—DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFH (Design for Human): Circuits, housings, and other elements must be easily repeatable in hundreds of thousands of devices in production without loss of quality.

Development is mainly for STM32 (but there are also other MCUs and SoCs), using Embedded C. Strong expertise and talent have already been gathered from Hardware and Embedded C engineers, industrial designers, mechanical designers .

Necessary skills:

— working skills in Jira, Confluence (create tasks, work with templates);

— practical experience in Google Sheets (viewing, editing, filling in information);

- the ability to build a Gantt chart;

— understanding the principles of waterfall, agile;

- English is not lower than pre-intermediate.

Tasks and area of ​​responsibility:

— helping teams in solving issues, setting tasks;

— support for up-to-date documentation in Confluence;

- work with reporting.
