Project coordinator in EvoPlay

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen the team. Welcome =) What needs to be done: Communicating with teams about solving any needs of the department. Updating and updating the team's Wiki section. Organization of workshops, training meetings, exchange of experience. Preparation of analytics, presentations for the team's monthly and quarterly reports. Promotion of effective communications within the department, dissemination of information through chats, meetings, etc. Maintain, update and control budgets and replenishment of services, team reporting. Support meetings and presentations. Provide access to services and administer them. Assist in organizing the development of department teams (Employee Success / Coaching). Periodic tasks from the manager. What is needed for this: The ability to work with large amounts of information, persistence, self-organization and attentiveness. Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets formulas, experience with Google Presentation, Jira, Confluence, Wiki. High communication skills and the ability to work with a large number of people. About the team: We we are forming a new team, so within a year it will increase in size by 4 times. Currently there is Head of Project, SEO TL and SEO Specialist.
