We are an outsourced/outstaffed company Temy. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team, who will be responsible for the organization and coordination of projects, including communication with the client and development teams to ensure effective cooperation.

Our expectations from the candidate: proactive, has effective communication and negotiation skills. Vacancy with full-time employment and a hybrid schedule, offices are located at Kyiv , Prospekt Beresteyskyi 24/ Lviv, Haydamatska 9a.

Since 2014, we have been providing software development services for companies in various industries, such as IoT, FinTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, EdTech. Projects are mainly from Europe, the USA and Israel.

The company employs 100+ specialists and has about 20 active projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the position of Project Manager in an IT company
• English Upper-intermediate and above
• Understanding of SDLC
• Understanding of different project management approaches and their differences
• Effective communication skills, leadership negotiation skills
• Customer relationship building skills
• Ability to analyze customers and their needs
• Ability to analyze data and information, prioritize and make informed decisions
• li> Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to adapt to changes
• Proactivity

Will be a plus:

• Courses and/or certification in PMP, Scrum, Agile

Responsibilities:

• Active interact with internal stakeholders, timely provide news about project progress, highlight project risks
• Build good and reliable cooperation with the customer
• Project process management:
  
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to agreed terms in accordance with the contract
  • Control the quality of project processes and results
• Project documentation management:
  
  • Maintain a project plan, budget, project scope, communication plan, and also work with risks
  • Create reports on project status
• People Management:
  
  • Work closely with team members on engagement satisfaction on the project
  • Work with teams and the customer to plan engagement of team members according to their workload and priorities from the customer
  • Manage changes and expansion of people on the project
• Risk management:
  
  • Identify possible risks and take appropriate measures to prevent them
• Work with budgets:
  
  • Create and issue invoices, monitor timely payment
  • Closely interact with external and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for project development
