Project coordinator in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:

• participate in the planning and implementation of project activities; 
• communicate with the media, partners and donors of the Organization; 
• prepare and conduct online and offline events (trainings, webinars, presentations, etc.); 
• search for, coordinate and monitor the work of contractors; 
• prepare drafts of project documents (concepts, plans, reports); 
• prepare information materials for publication (posts on social networks, announcements, media releases); 
• organize the production of printed and branded products; 
• perform current administrative work within projects. 
 
• have at least 2 years of experience coordinating projects and/or individual turnkey software components (preferably in the field of public organizations, communications and media); 
• fluent in spoken and written Ukrainian; 
• speak English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above; 
• communicative and easily find a common language with people; 
• excellent knowledge of office programs and digital tools (Google Docs, MS Office, task managers, Zoom, etc.); 
• creative, proactive, highly motivated and ready for dynamic work;
• capable of independent and autonomous work; 
• permanently live in Kyiv.
