GO "Green-Landia" in partnership with International humanitarian organization"CARE" invites a project coordinator to successfully complete the tasks of the "Women's leadership in emergency situations" project ", which is aimed at increasing the level of women's participation in decision-making at the level of war-affected communities, through the development of their leadership skills and involvement in solving socially important issues.

Basic tasks:

• Planning and coordination of various activities within the framework of the project (trainings, art therapy, lectures, etc.);
• Controlling that the content of all events corresponds to the main goal of the project and promotes achieving the set goals;
• Formation and coordination of the work of the project team;
• Interaction with project participants, partners and donors;
• Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the project in its entirety and within the established deadlines;
• Preparation of reports on project progress, analysis of results and development of recommendations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in government institutions, Charities, Foundations - will be an advantage;
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of communication skills;
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Responsible for ethics and work standards;
• High level of computer literacy, knowledge and experience with office programs (MS Office, programs for conducting online measures);
• FOP of the 3rd group (mandatory) or willingness to open a FOP.
