Job description

Kirovohrad Regional Organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine announces a competition for the vacant position of "Project Coordinator". We are looking for an employee who will strengthen the Society's team in the implementation of important programs of the project to help the population of Ukraine.

Requirements for the candidate for the position:

• Developed organizational and executive skills;
• Initiative , energy, decency, punctuality;
• Strategic and analytical thinking;
• Good communication skills, experience in communicating with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy;
• Work knowledge in office programs (MS Office);
• Able to use all types of e-mail;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to cope with stress (stress resistance);

Main duties:

• 1. Management and coordination of all areas of the project;
• 2. Development of project plans. Creation of detailed work plans, including deadlines and resources necessary to achieve project goals;

• 3. Development of an individual plan, contact with each coordinator;

• Coordination of work between different project participants including contractors, consultants and internal departments. >

• 6. Communication: maintaining communication with all interested parties, including the beneficiaries, the project team and management, to ensure transparency of the work process;

• 7. Identification of potential risks and development of strategies for their minimization or elimination;

• 8. Assessment of the impact of possible changes in the project on the overall terms, budget and quality of the project. Obtaining approval of changes from project management and stakeholders;

• 9. Control over the project budget, ensuring compliance with the budget framework;

• 10. Organization of the document accounting system, including reports, contracts and other important materials;

• 11. Preparation of regular reports on the progress of project implementation for management and interested parties;

• 12. Organization of regular meetings to discuss progress, resolve emerging issues, and update the work plan;

• 13. To act as a connecting link - between the team of performers and interested parties, ensuring timely exchange of information;

• 14. Collection of feedback, adaptation of project processes in accordance with the needs and expectations of the target audience. Involvement of communities andopenness;

• 15. Coordination with the partners of the TCHU on matters of organization of work coordination;

• 16. Sending and receiving project correspondence;

• 17. Work with document management.
