Responsibilities:

• Managing new and current company projects: creation of project plans/schedules, coordination of implementation deadlines, analysis of potential risks, coordination of actions of project participants
• Continuous coordination of risk management management activities, invoicing and tracking of projects, tracking of implementation deadlines and organization of relevant processes
• Maintenance of project documentation, prioritization of tasks
• Communication with the client, understanding his expectations; providing the client with reports on the progress of the task and the overall status of the project

Requirements :

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Analytical abilities, logical thinking: the ability to analyze and systematize information
• Communication and presentation skills
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level and above
• Good knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office
