MAIN TASKS

• Coordination of the project to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives, to promote the protection of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons , children injured as a result of hostilities and armed conflicts, other vulnerable categories of the population
• Control of the state of implementation and management of project activities
• Coordination of the interaction of project activity participants
• Organization and control of work processes
• Control over the work of the regional office
• Timely reporting, compliance with deadlines
• Organization of systemic interaction with state authorities, local self-government and public organizations for the purpose of consolidation of efforts
• Performance of other duties if necessary
• Strict observance of humanitarian principles and standards

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education
• Knowledge of internal displacement issues
• Experience in data management and project documentation
• Ability to organize a team
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
• A confident user of Microsoft Office
• Other relevant experience and skills
• Highly motivated and able to work effectively with minimal control
• Sufficient organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at the same time, with the involvement of a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to details and the ability to independently determine priorities
• The ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames.
• Previous experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations are welcome
