MAIN TASKS
- Coordination of the project to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives, to promote the protection of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons , children injured as a result of hostilities and armed conflicts, other vulnerable categories of the population
- Control of the state of implementation and management of project activities
- Coordination of the interaction of project activity participants
- Organization and control of work processes
- Control over the work of the regional office
- Timely reporting, compliance with deadlines
- Organization of systemic interaction with state authorities, local self-government and public organizations for the purpose of consolidation of efforts
- Performance of other duties if necessary
- Strict observance of humanitarian principles and standards
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education
- Knowledge of internal displacement issues
- Experience in data management and project documentation
- Ability to organize a team
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
- A confident user of Microsoft Office
- Other relevant experience and skills
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively with minimal control
- Sufficient organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at the same time, with the involvement of a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to details and the ability to independently determine priorities li>
- The ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames.
- Previous experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations are welcome
