Posmishka YuA Charitable Foundation invites a Project Coordinator in Zaporizhzhia to join the team of the project "Consortium for the Protection of Ukraine - Protection of Life through Integrated Multisectoral Assistance", who will provide services with:< /p>

• ensuring communication and cooperation with project partners and donors;
• development, planning and implementation of all activities;
• preparation of regular reports;
• li>coordination of all actions related to procurement and project budget management;
• general coordination of the work of the project team;
• control of the achievement of effective work results and planned indicators;
• resolution of the occurrence any questions that may arise during the implementation of the project.

Requirements for performers:

• complete higher education;< /li>
• work experience in humanitarian organizations, knowledge of humanitarian standards;
• knowledge of Ukrainian and English;
• strong computer skills;
• skills to analyze and gather information;
• strong analytical and organizational skills;
• flexibility and ability to learn quickly;
• ability to calmly react to unusual situations and quickly solve them ;
• the ability to quickly integrate into new processes, learn new regulations and work according to them;
• the ability to work in a team and a positive atmosphere;
• stress resistance is very important;< /li>
• ability to notice strengths and weaknesses in work processes, voice them to the project team;
• ability to work in emergency situations;
• zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards (Sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited in all forms. The organization implements a policy to prevent sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and exposure. Procedures are regulated in accordance with the policy of ZSEN and organizational rules and regulations of the organization).
