We are a catalyst for change, and our goal is to increase the number and quality of entrepreneurs in Ukraine,”founder & CEO of INNOV8 Sviatoslav Sviatnenko.🔥 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAs part of the INNOV8 project, you will organize workshops, mentorship sessions, communication, and training for a broader audience on deep tech startup acceleration.The Digital & Deep Tech Accelerator Booster is a 12-week program (by INNOV8 within the framework of the program Seeds of Bravery) for seasoned deep tech and digital startups aimed at helping them accelerate their production and processes.WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOUBooster — Digital & Deep Tech Accelerator by INNOV8 and part of Seeds of Bravery project has a 30-60-90 days format.👉🏽 30 daysUnderstand what the INNOV8 organization does & who are the people.Understand the acceleration program — the concept and tasks.Define the space for the first cohort and put all the operational in work.Communicate with mentors, startups, and other stakeholders on the organization of the program.Execute the work with the first cohort — from the organization of the communication, calendars, deadlines, etc.👉🏽 60-90 daysExecute the program and communicate with mentors and participants.Work with program feedback.RESPONSIBILITIES = PROJECT MANAGEMENT + COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTPROJECT ENGAGEMENTDevelop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, work plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, and regular reports, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones.Manage day-to-day implementation of the program in coordination with the INNOV8 team.Ensure organization and implementation of training sessions, meetings, workshops, and events within the program.Coordinate tasks and resources within the team, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.Maintain clear communication channels among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee budget allocation and expenditure, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTCultivate and maintain relationships with program participants, mentors, and stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and support throughout the program duration.Facilitate community-building activities, including online forums, group discussions, and networking events.Coordinate with mentors and industry experts to provide guidance and support to program participants.Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction.WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR USRelevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to demonstrate a keen interest in innovations and the entrepreneurship ecosystem of Ukraine.Work experience in a related field and an understanding of the innovative landscape in Ukraine is preferred.Strong analytical skills.Ability to work in an organized manner, meet deadlines, and work in a team.Donor-funded project experience is a plus.Language fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2+).l for communication with global partners.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.WILL BE A PLUSUnderstanding and desire to develop the Ukrainian business & tech community.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Compliance with organizational values and a critical approach to information.📢 APPLICATIONInterested and qualified candidates are requested to send the CV and motivation letter in English as a single PDF file to the following email: [email protected] .
