We are currently looking for a Project / Brand Manager who will:

• take over the organization and control of processes,

• help systematically develop Hale Herbals in e-commerce,

• become the right hand of the brand founders

What will you be to do:

• help in managing the Instagram page of the brand
  Plan content and tasks, set tasks for the team, control the output of posts and stories, experience in the SMM field is welcome, especially if there are skills in taking content)

•  Develop the brand through bloggers and partnerships
  Look for and select partners, agree on integrations, keep constant communication, monitor work results

•  Control the site and online sales
  Make sure that everything works correctly, products/promotions are updated, orders are not lost, give technical tasks. to the work improvement specialist

•  Communicate with production
  Ensure that customer orders are collected and shipped on time, catch moments that the sales manager might have missed

• ?? Organize turnkey brand processes
  If there is a task - it must be completed without fail

• Help in product creation
  you will have a lot of communication both with partners and customers, you will understand exactly what everyone needs and you can influence the creation of a product that people need, one of the most exciting parts of the job

Who what are we looking for?

• You know how to work with Google Sheets, Trello or other tools for planning and organizing tasks.

• You have experience or a strong understanding of SMM:
  how to build a content plan, how Instagram works, how to shoot basic content for stories/reels.

• Experience in e-commerce / online sales.

• You are responsible: you take on tasks and bring them to the end, NOT AFRAID TO WORK

• You like order in processes, you can organize others and you are not afraid to take the initiative.

• You are interested in the topic of wellness and prevention and want to learn more about it

Work format and conditions

• City: we are considering candidates in Vinnytsia.

• Format: hybrid - part of the work is online, part is offline (meetings, production, filming, meetings - depending on tasks).

• Employment: full time,you need to be in touch from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..

• Pay level - rate of $300 and bonuses based on work results, tasks are effectively closed - bonus is issued in the first month of work

What will be "wow" for us in 3-6 months

• The brand has a clear content plan, established work with partner bloggers with whom we systematically work

• All brand tasks are collected in one system, nothing is lost, there is an understanding of priorities

• The website and online sales work stably, orders are sent on time
