Protection and gender-based violence"> this is an important component of the project"Restoring population access to medical care", is aimed at providing comprehensive support to vulnerable groups of the population who visit mobile clinics. This includes the expansion of home care services for people with disabilities and reduced mobility in 4 regions thanks to the expertise of local NGOs (NGO). In addition, the project is aimed at combating genderdue to violence ( GOH) by raising awareness, providing support through a dedicated hotline consultant, distributing Dignity Kits and conducting GOH training for mobile clinic team members.

Specifics of the position (consulting services)
Requirements:
Experience in a relevant position for at least 1 year (in an international organization will be an advantage).
Higher education. A relevant university degree (health, social sciences, medicine, etc.) is a plus.
Prior experience in drawing up travel documents, initial financial requests, financial reports on events; experience in drawing up financial documents for payment of consultant services will be an advantage.
I am fluent in written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian and English.
High level of computer skills and excellent typing skills. Experience with the 1C plus program.
Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to independently complete assigned tasks. Ability to meet tight and numerous deadlines.
Firm commitment to combating HIV/AIDS and supporting the activities of non-governmental organizations(NGO) in Ukraine.
Duties:
Organization of document flow in the project.
Assistance in coordinating project program activities: correspondence with partners, consultants, service providersmeadow, suppliers, etc.
Logistics and support of events conducted by project team members.
Participate in the preparation of trainings, seminars and work meetings, help during trainings.
Prepare and process documents for project team consultants, organize and monitor related payments.
Translate correspondence, documentation and other relevant materials needed by the project team.
Organization and coordination of visits by project team members and consultants. Preparation of a package of documents for visits by project team members and consultants in accordance with Alliance procedures.
Coordination and exchange of information with other departments regarding current affairs programs and emerging issues.
Information management (filing, storage, correspondence, archiving, etc.) related to the project team.
Produce interim updates and reports to the project manager on the project work plan for program delivery, funding, procurement, etc.
Perform other tasks determined by the Manager, necessary for the successful operation of the project as necessary for the fulfillment of strategic goals.

The International Charitable Foundation 'Alliance for Public Health' (APH) announces external recruitment to fill the position of Project Assistant: Protection & GBV(Protection & GBV Unit, Mobile Health Team).
GBV and Protection - an important part of the project aims to provide comprehensive support to vulnerable populations in communities visited by mobile clinics. This includes expanding home-based care services for people with disabilities and limited mobility to 4 regions through the expertise of local NGO. Job Specifications
Core Requirements:
Minimum 1 year working experience in the relevant position (within an international organization will be an advantage).
High University Degree. Relevant University degrees (Public Health, Social Science, Medicine etc.) is a plus.
An advantage will be previous experience in preparation of business trips documents, initial financial requests, financial reports on conducted events; experience in execution of financial documents to conduct payment for consultants' services.
Good command of written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian and English.
High level of computer literacy and excellent typing skills. Experience with the 1C program is a plus.
Analytical skills and attention to details. Ability to perform assigned tasks independently. Ability to meet tough and multiple deadlines.
Strong commitment to confronting HIV/AIDS and to supporting non-governmental organizations (NGOs) activities in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
Organize circulation of documents in project.
Assistance in coordinating the program activities of the project: correspondence with partners, consultants, service providers, suppliers, etc.
Logistics and support for events conducted with leadership of Project team members.
Prepare package of documents for organization of the project events (trainings, workshops, working meetings, expert groups, project proposals review committees, round tables etc.) and manage documents circulation on the events (preparing and submitting logistic requests, coordinating participants’ invitation and selection, preparing the participants list with relevant information, preparing documents package for logistic payments, gathering and generalizing participants’ feedback on events if required, completing final report on the event as well as documents package for the final payment, documenting the event (photo, protocol etc.), monitor an event if required by Project manager.
Take part in trainings, workshops and working meetings preparation, assist during trainings delivery.
Prepare and process documents for the project team consultants, arrange and monitor relevant payments.
Translate correspondence, documentation and other relevant materials needed for the project team.
Organize and provide coordination to visits of project team staff and consultants. Prepare documents’ package for the visits of the project team staff and consultants in accordance to the Alliance procedures.
Coordination and information exchange with other departments on programs routine business and emerging issues.
Information management (filing, storing, exchanging letters, archiving etc.) related to Projects team.
Generation of interim updates and reports for Project Manager on Project’s Working Plan on program, funding, procurement etc. status of implementation.
Undertake other reasonable and related tasks identified by the Manager required for the successful activity of the project as necessary for the fulfillment of strategic objectives.
