Responsibilities
The Project Assistant is responsible for providing support to the SSR and works closely with the Project Manager and other colleagues such as a translator or staff from partner organizations or institutions Under the supervision of the project manager (or/and representative in Ukraine), he/she will assist with administrative tasks and general support for project implementation. Specific tasks include (please note that a detailed job description will be provided upon hiring):
Administrative support for the Caritas Czech Republic field office
- In close cooperation with the project manager, develop the main strategic documents related to the development, planning and implementation of the project, such as contracts related to the project results, terms of verification of project activities and their annexes, work plan, project budget.
- Assistance in internal project reporting and monitoring of project progress.
Assistance in the preparation of descriptive reports for donors.
- Assistance in the coordination of project activities that taking place in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
- Facilitation of the regular flow of information and conducting the necessary research
- Assistance in the preparation of conditions for the verification of project activities and their annexes.
- Verification contracts signed by the field office.
- Assist in the preparation of project-related contracts.
- Provide necessary administrative support (scanning, copying, etc.) to field office staff and partners.< /p>
- Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the project manager or, alternatively, by the relevant reference in the head office of Caritas Czech Republic in Prague.
Qualifications and competences p>
Necessary:
- excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages (oral and written)
- ability to write reports, official letters, etc.

- organizational and coordination skills
- ability to perform tasks proactively, independently, qualitatively and on time
- skills in working with MS Office software (mainly MS Excel and Word)
business, etc.)- getting to know the basics of financial management.
