In connection with active scaling, we are looking for a Project Assistant for our team of professionals! What skills and criteria are important to us now: — You have experience working as a Project Assistant (Coordinator) or Project Manager for up to 1 year; — You understand and master the skills of working with task managers (Jira) and Zoom. — You have an understanding of how to conduct meetings, communicate with the team and interested parties of the project; — Do you know how to qualitatively and clearly describe the assigned tasks; - You have high communicative competence and analytical abilities. —You have an A2 (Pre-Intermediate) level of English. It will be a plus if you: — Have skills in using such tools as Confluence, Slack, Figma. —Have an understanding of project management methodologies such as Scrum and an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). What results do we expect from you: — You will participate in all key meetings of the company; — You will be engaged in follow-up (i.e. summaries, decisions, tasks) of company meetings; — You will record tasks in JIRA and monitor their execution; — You will perform additional tasks from the manager and CEO of the company.
