Project assistant

An international company is looking for a Project assistant.

We operate across four continents and have a broad network of suppliers and partners in Ukraine. As we believe in Ukraine’s victory, we have chosen to remain in the country and have also expanded our presence for the time being. For this reason, we are now searching for a Project assistant who can support us with administrative and technical tasks, including (but not limited to):

• Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
• Presence at our suppliers and partners throughout Ukraine for technical and commercial liaison. All points of interest are located away from the front line and can be accessed via the rail network. Minimal car travel is required, particularly if your residence is near a railway line.
• Cost calculation of projects together with our team.
• Supporting our Project Directors in Ukraine and abroad.

Qualifications

We expect you to hold a university degree (field of study is not important). You are accurate, detail-oriented, and ambitious in the way you perform your tasks. You are looking for a long-term position, not a temporary assignment, and you are comfortable working independently, as there is no physical office for in-person meetings with colleagues.

Language skills are essential: the role requires full professional fluency in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.

Employment details

• The position is full-time.
• You will work remotely (home office) from anywhere in Ukraine. 
• Ukraine is main market and your domicile must be Ukraine and not abroad.
• The position involves business trips, all travelling costs are covered by the company.
• Salary and benefits will be defined during the hiring process.
• Payment will be made from abroad.
