Kharkiv regional youth public organization "EDUCATED INITIATIVE"Youth NGO helping Ukrainian families survive the war, founded in 2008, implements educational projects for youth, vulnerable social groups and provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainians on the front lines. In 2023, we became anaccredited UN partner of HFU UGKS. We have a wide presence of volunteers in various regions of Ukraine: Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Donetsk region, Dnipro - up to 100 volunteers in total. We cooperate with international organizations and Ukrainian businesses (ANC pharmacy chain, NOVUS LLC, YouControl, ActiveChat Inc., Creatio, etc.).

We are looking for a candidate who is good with office software, computers or has a strong desire to learn, who has strong communication skills and can solve problems and organizational issues. You will be able to gain tremendous experience in solving various tasks, which will allow you to become a successful manager in our organization, with successful results. Proficiency in English is a significant advantage during selection .

Duties:

• Supporting project coordinators in office tasks and assistance with all other tasks that may arise;
• Assistance in project tasks: providing support in project management and coordination, as well as performing other tasks that may be necessary to ensure effective work.
• Assist in the planning and execution of research such as surveys, focus groups, questionnaires, data analysis, etc.
• Provide reporting and evaluation, including the preparation of project performance reports and other documentation, as well as assistance in the assessment of project results.
• Communication with stakeholders and authorities, partners, sponsors, public organizations, schools, the population, media, etc., as instructed by the project coordinators.
• Organization of information about project, including documentation, reports, databases, photos, and other materials.
• Answering beneficiary phone calls.
• Maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory policies and standards.
• li>Comply with the policies, rules and regulations of HOMGO "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" and international donors, the code of conduct and the sexual exploitation and violence prevention policy of HOMGO "EDUCATED INITIATIVE".
