Project assistant in Stepanenko, FOP

We are looking for a team member (Project Assistant)

- Comprehensive support of the team's work (administrative, organizational, moral) : interaction with three members of the team on a regular basis, reminders about important events, tasks, performance tracking;

- Search, analysis and provision of necessary information, reports, execution of personal assignments;

- Accompanying on trips (Kyiv and the region), at meetings and various events;

- Work with people, correspondence, documentation, calls, time management.

- Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, find solutions, accept criticism;

- Attention, punctuality, diligence;< /p>

- Flexibility and readiness for irregular working hours;

- Argued motivation and desire to work.

- Knowledge of the English language at the upper-intermediate level and above;

- Completed/unfinished higher education in the specialty "psychology" or "management";

- 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, IT, medicine or pharmaceuticals;

- Ability to use any own car for work;

- The presence of creative talent (drawing, playing musical instruments, vocals, writing artistic texts).

- Execution of the contract (physical person/FOP) for 1 month with the possibility of further extension for 2, 3 and 6 months - based on the results of the team's joint work (maximum up to 12 months);

- Payment weekly or once a month;

- Compensation for processing, transport costs, mobile communication, Internet, lunches, dinners/taxi (in case of working late), trainings (if necessary and desired).

#### Between each stage - from one to four days:

1. Resume review;

2. Interview with the recruiter online with video (up to 15 minutes) and filling out the questionnaire;

3. Performance of the test task (up to 20 minutes);

4. Interview with the team in the co-working space (15-20 minutes);

5. Signing the contract.
