Your future functionality: work as an internal business customer; analysis of problems and design of their solutions; constant communication with stakeholders, bank divisions, IT; Low-code configuration and development of new processes on BPM'online, Creatio; CRM settings, creation, modification of screen forms, work as a guide, process master, configurator, system settings and delivery of own CRM system package. Our candidate has: experience working with Terrasoft products (BPM'online, preferably Creatio); work experience as a Business or System Analyst, working in the banking sector, experience in implementing IT products, automating business processes; skills in writing SQL queries, understanding the principle of database construction, JS at the initial level, readiness and desire to learn new things.
