Your future functionality: work as an internal business customer; task analysis and design their solutions; constant communication with stakeholders, bank divisions, IT; low-code configuration and development of new processes on BPM'online, Creatio; CRM settings, creation, modification of screen forms, work as a reference, process master, configurator, system settings and delivery of own CRM system package. Our candidate has: experience working with Terrasoft products (BPM'online, preferably Creatio); experience working as a Business or System Analyst, working in the banking sector experience in implementing IT products, automating business processes; skills in writing SQL queries, understanding the principle of building a database, JS at the initial level, readiness and desire to learn new things.
