Purpose of the position:The Red Cross Society of Ukraine continues the program of attracting regular donors (F2 °F fundraising). We are looking for a Project and Program Management Specialist (Assistant) who will support this important initiative.

The Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of program implementation, including organizing the process of hiring fundraisers, coordinating purchases, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, as well as help with scheduling, planning trainings and monitoring results.

The role involves close cooperation with the project coordinator, other units of the TCHU and external partners. You will receive support from international experts who will provide modern tools and methods for effective program implementation.

Experience in fundraising is not required, but it is important to have good organizational and analytical skills, to be attentive to details and confident in working with spreadsheets, reports and deadlines.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive person, focused on results and teamwork, who strives to contribute to the development of sustainable support for the humanitarian activities of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine.

Main duties:

• Administrative support for the implementation of the F2 °F program.
• Organization of the recruitment process of fundraisers (processing of resumes, communication with candidates, planning of interviews and training).
• Keeping records of candidates and supporting documents when registering new fundraisers.
• Preparation and registeration of contracts, acts, applications and other project documentation.
• Participation in the organization of procurement (collection of requests, communication with suppliers, monitoring of implementation).
• Providing fundraisers with the necessary resources (techniques, clothing, badges, etc.) and accounting for TMC.
• Maintenance of internal databases and reports.
• Preparation of protocols meetings and assistance in organizing trainings.
• Cooperation with the F2 °F project coordinator and other departments.

General duties:

• Conduct active work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross Movement.
• Follow the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
• Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Higher education in a relevant field (personnel management, marketing, business administration, management, communications or international relations, etc.).
• 1 year of proven work experience in the position of assistant/coordinator/project manager or a similar position.
• Work experience with personnel management and performance monitoring.
• Experience working in an international organization, NGO, or corporate environment with international reach.
• Experience managing temporary/part-time and/or student jobs.
• Experience in budget management, data analysis, and/or qualifications in statistics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
• Good negotiation, networking and presentation skills, as well as social skills.
• Strong results orientation: ability to achieve and exceed goals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Clarity, accountability, control of deadlines (deadlines) organizations.
• The ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions at work is desirable.
• Ability to build trust.
