Project and Presale Manager in Developex

Developex is looking for an experienced Project and Presale Manager to participate in presale activities and provide high-quality service to our customers. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with your expertise and an attractive benefits package.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Project Manager in IT for 2 + years and 4+ years in total in IT development;

— Ability to organize the work of a team (5+ employees) and cooperation with the client;

— Understanding of the development process: release management, engineering infrastructure , Agile/SCRUM;

— Experience in preparing project documentation (PRD, Roadmap, effort estimation, wbs, team workload plan etc);

— At least a general understanding of the presale phase of the project and willingness to participate in presale activities; - Familiarity with system design, ability to conduct research on possible technical solutions for business goals or new technology - will be a significant advantage!

— Excellent written and spoken English, excellent communication skills;

— Flexible, resourceful, creative mindset;

— Good multitasking skills and ability to switch;

< strong> — Experience with presale activities:

• preparation of effort estimation for a future project with an engineering team;
• ability to conduct customer research or possible technical solutions for business goals or new technology, etc.

It will be an advantage:

— Experience in the role of Business analyst;

— Deep knowledge in one or more of the listed business areas is an advantage: gaming, healthcare, consumer electronics or audio.
