Experienced PC user (MS, Word, Excel, etc.) Defending the interests and principles of the company. Hardworking, ability to work with a large amount of information, responsibility, active life position. Responsibilities: Compilation, control of project and estimate documentation (contractual prices, acts of completed works (facade works)). Operational preparation of commercial and tender offers. Work with Customers (protection of estimates and acts, protection of prices before the Customer). Work with Contractors (checking of estimates, acts, contracts, calendar schedules of work) , control of object financing). Compilation and control of the object budget, economic analysis by objects.
