KEY CONDITIONS' LANGUAGES:
- Planning (mapping) the customer journey and prioritizing solutions.
- Training and mentoring team members to improve their performance and skills< /li>
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences for existing products and channels.
- Collaborate with global marketing to ensure channel specifics are considered when customizing existing products.
- Providing information and recommendations to improve the user experience for existing products and channels.
- Participating with the marketing team in market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and user needs for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs and channel specificity are addressed throughout the product development process and support project scoping.
- Ensure user-centric design thinking methodology throughout the tribe
- Development of analytics for user interaction indicators andreports on the success of UX improvements
- Application of a cross-channel, service-oriented approach and ensuring consistency of solutions
BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education (economics, engineering, management, marketing)< /li>
- Work experience of 3 years in the direction of customer experience
- Proficiency in English at the Intermediate + level
- Practical experience in developing holistic, multi-channel designs for customer ecosystems and service delivery.
- Experience in developing and conducting Customer Experience Immersions.
- Experience in rapid design research.
- Ability to identify customer and business needs through contextual inquiry, generative and quantitative research, and identify solutions to meet those needs.
