Project/Affiliate manager, traffic analyst in Aveb

We are looking for a proactive project manager to join the team for the development of our own projects that are monetized according to the affiliate model. We work with seo-traffic and paid traffic from Google Ads. Tasks of searching, connecting and maintaining affiliate programs; working with the Keitaro tracker, forming links and postbacks; interacting with other team members and monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks; interacting with managers of affiliate networks and direct advertisers , agreement on the best conditions for cooperation; analysis of competitors' activities for further optimization of traffic monetization; formation, agreement and control of the implementation of hypotheses to improve the work of projects; formation of reports. We expect from you the presence of work experience in affiliate marketing for at least 1 year; understanding of basic concepts and metrics: conversion, kappa, EPC, CPA, ROI, etc.; knowledge of various traffic pricing models (CPA, CPL, Revshare, Hybrid); experience working with a tracker or TDS system, partner office; analytical thinking, ability to make forecasts and notice correlations; command of English sufficient for written communication.
