We expect from you: at least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing; understanding of basic concepts and metrics: conversion, kappa, EPC, CPA, ROI, etc.; knowledge of various traffic pricing models (CPA, CPL, Revshare, Hybrid); experience work with a tracker or TDS system, a partner office; analytical thinking, the ability to make forecasts and notice correlations; command of English sufficient for conducting written communication.
