• Administration of the project plan in MS Project: creation, updating, control of terms.
• Coordination between project participants (customer services, engineers, contractors, suppliers).
• Preparation of reports on the progress of work, risks, deviations from the schedule.
• Maintenance of documentation project, control over the implementation of stages.
• Supporting the project manager in organizational matters.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects — from 2 years
• Higher professional education (management and administration)
• Confident mastery of MS Project (required), Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the basics of project management (preferably PMBOK, Waterfull, Agile, etc.)
• Communication, attention to detail, ability to work with a large amount of information
• Quality and speed of work with project schedules.
