Project administrator in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

IFB "Caritas of Ukraine" (CU) is looking for a Project Administrator"Specialized support and assistance to children and persons with disabilities and their families during crisis response" to join the team in Ukraine (Sumy and Chernihiv regions)"

Main duties:

< li>preparation of technical specifications for site developers and control of task performance;
• performance of daily site administration tasks;
• management and support of the online store, including uploading products, updating descriptions and prices;
• creation of categories, filters, product sorting;
• regular checking of correctness of site operation and module settings;
• checking and proofreading of texts for product descriptions and information on the site in general ;
• timely processing of incoming requests from customers, invoicing;
• processing and tracking of customer orders, including confirmation, dispatch and handling of delivery and return issues;
• constant improvement and expansion of the functionality of the online store/site in accordance with the goals
• participation in the automation of processes related to the online store
• development and implementation of proposals to improve the efficiency of the online store (marketplace)
• preparation of reports on the efficiency of the store.
• maintenance of the online store in an up-to-date state, including solving technical problems and other technical aspects and current issues.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Ukrainian - fluent; English language - A1
• Design and user experience,
• Digital marketing, content management,
• Knowledge of legislation on the activities of online stores and the basics of tax requirements for online sales

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles of work sites on the Internet, in particular market places
• Orientation to details and a high level of organization
• Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees of local Caritas
• Knowledge of the basics of customer service service and conflict resolution
• Ability to effectively plan your working hours and work in a team
• Ability to work in stressful situations
• Creativity, critical thinking, flexibility and adaptability, organizational skills, ability to negotiate.
