The "Rokada" charity organization is looking for a Project Activity Monitoring Specialist (PSM)

Main tasks:

• Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of project activities in accordance with project plans and standards.
• Collection, processing and systematization of data on project activities and results.
• Preparation of regular reports for donors and internal needs of the organization.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of measures and proposals for their improvement.
• Team support in the implementation of monitoring tools and standards quality.
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and reliability of data.

Main requirements:

• Higher education (social sciences, humanities, project management, analytics).
• Experience in the field of project monitoring, evaluation or reporting from 2 years.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, knowledge of the basic principles of collection and analysis data.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, responsibly meet deadlines.
• Experience in humanitarian or social projects will be an advantage.
• Availability of FOP (group 3) or willingness to register.
