Project manage multiple parallel projects with a large marketing component;
As our project manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of the client-specific project while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope;
You will be responsible for the execution of the internal- and external process. Assign the work and ensure that tasks are completed as scheduled. The project manager will also typically:
Facilitate issue resolution
Lead the different stakeholders in working through project changes
Monitoring the progress & budget of projects
Work within the internal team to agree on overall objectives and timelines of the clients' deliverables and ensure key milestones are reached;
Engage with all stakeholders to assure the correct delivery of the project results and escalate to the right people at the right time in case there are risks or issues;
You will also be involved in executing and optimizing our sales processes. Like; managing our CRM system, following up on proposals, briefing the stakeholders, supporting the account managers

Someone with great communication skills; project management is all about communication, whether through emails, calls, daily check-ins, or team meetings. 
Project managers must regularly communicate with their team members to determine the status of various projects and potential roadblocks that will need to be resolved.
Someone who is a real team player; a good project manager will do more than simply manage the steps of a project. They will also manage their team in order to keep them productive and happy
Someone who understands what is needed to make our client happy and is able to deliver that;
Someone who is ready to learn and learn fast, able to work in dynamic environment and short timelines. 
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or related field
Upper Intermediate or Advanced English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2 years+ in similar position in IT, blockchain or marketing
Experince of managing international teams 
Proficient user of Notion, Slack, Figma, Miro
Ability to work independently and remotely
Nice to have
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies

Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, specifically DeFi and gaming
2nd language (German, French, Chinese, Spanish)
