Joint-Stock Bank "Pivdenny" invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Programmer of the user support department Your duties: Reception and registration of user applications for the provision of IT services; Classification and routing of incoming applications; Consulting users regarding IT services; Solving incoming applications on the first line of IT system support; Control over the implementation of received applications on higher support lines; Monitoring the operation of information systems. We need: Experience in technical support from the 1st year; Knowledge of the general principles of functioning of IT systems; Knowledge of Windows 8, 10, 11 operating systems; Windows ServerKnowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of domain organization principles; system services — DHCP, DNS, etc.; Knowledge of the principles of operation of local networks and network protocols; Knowledge and understanding of banking specifics.
