The company "Smart Intralogistics", one of the largest integrators of conveyor systems on the market of Ukraine, a reliable and stable employer, invites to its team an engineer-programmer of ATS TP Requirements: Knowledge of the specifics of programming controllers and experience in the implementation of PLCSiemens 1200/1500 series, structured control languages ​​(SCL) and structured text (STL) - it will be an advantage to use Tia Portal (V15.1 and higher). Knowledge of the basic principles of programming (calculation systems, timing work, current code standards). Knowledge of setting up Profinet communication, Ethernet - connecting elements, setting up exchange. Knowledge setting up communication RS232, RS485 (Modbus) — connecting elements, communication with the inverter. Programming HMI, Scada Tia Portal — at the WinCC Professional level. Knowledge of configuring Siemens (Sinamics), Sew (Movitrac) inverters through the use of communication protocols (Ethernet, RS485 ).Knowledge of setting up optical, laser sensors. Experience in working with barcode scanners, machine vision cameras — setting up and commissioning will be an advantage. Experience in forming algorithms for automated control of conveyor systems at the design stage, drawing up Siemens equipment specifications, commissioning automation projects. Experience in Eplan electric, AvtoCad programs at the basic level. Responsibilities: development, testing, implementation of both lower-level (PLC on Siemens platforms) and upper-level HMI (SCADA) based on WinCC software; selection of equipment , configuration and testing of new equipment; programming of controllers, human-machine interface devices, SCADA systems. development of RE for implemented systems and equipment.
