Functional Responsibilities

• Programming: Development control programs for 2D and 3D models for 3-axis CNC machines. Compilation of detailed instructions for operators.
• Quality control: Work with complex measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, inside gauge, depth gauge, indicator, protractor).
• Design: Creation of tooling necessary for the manufacture of specific parts.
• Technological support: Development and implementation of operational routes for processing parts and assembly units.
• Documentation: Preparation and implementation of technical documentation in cooperation with shops and other departments.
• Optimization: Participation in reduction measures consumption of materials, labor intensity and increase of labor productivity.

Technical requirements:

• A confident user of CAD/CAM systems (for example: SolidWorks, SolidCAM, PowerMill, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Understanding the principles of operation of 3-axis machines.
• Skills in reading technical drawings and design documentation.

Competencies:

• Analytical thinking: the ability to calculate the optimal algorithm for processing a part.
• Attention to details: accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Orientation to the result: the desire to minimize defects and optimize the machine's operating time.
• Learning: willingness to quickly master new software products and production specifics.
