RPR Back-end programmer (junior+, middle), remote

Ukrainian product team — online platform for training centers and online schools Mata Platform - due to the expansion and increase of work tasks, is looking for a programmer to join the team.

We are a team that needs another php developer, whom we will mentor and promote development.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 1 year of development experience;
• Knowledge of PHP;
• Understanding the principles of OOP;
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
• Knowledge of MySQL;
• Understanding the MVC pattern
• Experience with the Yii2 framework;
• Understand front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery);

Will be a plus:

• Experience in REST API development.
• Experience with Git, GitFlow;
• Understanding design patterns and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Understanding Bootstrap

Key tasks:

• Writing flexible, tested and reliable code;
• Analysis and implementation of technological improvements;
• Solution of technical tasks based on business processes.
